The Wines of Languedoc-Roussillon

I was recently privileged to be at a lunch with Trevor Gulliver of St John restaurant (still one of the best in London!), and my eyes were once again opened by the wines of Languedoc-Roussillon. Once the source of cheap plonk, it has slowly and effectively re-invented itself as the source of some of the most exciting wines coming out of France. Will take you through 8 wines to prove it!
